Afridi Gas Company was founded in 2012 and is one of the leading LPG marketing & distribution companies in Pakistan. With experience of over a decade, the company is involved in the entire value chain of the LPG industry from import till the end consumer. Being a leading distribution company, it has been engaged in imports from foreign exploration companies mostly in Middle East, along with bulk purchase from local refineries and exploration companies. Afridi Gas, through it’s integrated and comprehensive distribution system, carry out it’s distribution activities, covering more than 100 cities and towns across the country. Along with marketing & distribution activities, the company is also involved in retail sales through various outlets and online home delivery of LPG cylinders in the name of “Al-Azeem Gas”, by ensuring high quality standards, safety & security.

OUR OPERATIONS
Import
Total annualized demand of LPG in Pakistan is estimated at around 1.4 million tons, of which around half of the LPG is produced locally, and the balance needs to be imported from neighboring countries. While the local demand of LPG in Pakistan is increasing constantly, its local production is static. So, the import would gradually tend to increase with the increase in local demand. Afridi Gas also plays its role to fulfill the gap between supply and demand by importing LPG mostly form Iran via Taftan border.
Local purchase in bulk
Apart from Import, LPG is produced and supplied by the refineries as its by-product in Pakistan. It is also extracted from the Natural Gas at the time of purification of Natural Gas. To meet the high level of consumption, Afridi Gas also buy LPG from local refineries and suppliers.
Marketing & distribution network
With a fleet of around 24 Prime Movers and Bowsers, we cover our customers from Karachi to Peshawar and to Kashmir region. We have two filling Plants of which one is at Hub (Balochistan) and the other is at Taftan. In addition to these two filling plants, we use third party plants by taking hospitality for filling across the country.
Retail sales
With a view to marking our presence in the domestic LPG market, we have opened about 10 LPG retail outlets in the name of “Al-Azeem Gas”, at different areas of Karachi which will gradually be extended to the other parts of the country as well. We have conducted promotional campaigns and analyzed the customer response for the retail concept. The company has a central distributor who supply stock to all the outlets. In addition we have placed cylinder racks in each of these outlets to increase visibility of the brand.
